Step by Step Franchising Process

When you want to be a part of Mado family, you can see all steps from today to the opening day below.

1. Step: Application
You may apply by completing Franchise Application Form in full.

Applications done via telephone, fax or mail other than Internet will not be taken into consideration.

2. Step: Evaluation of application (a week)
The form received by us via Internet is evaluated by Franchising department within at least a week. Negative applications are notified to the entrepreneur via e -mail.

3. Step: Evaluation of potential estate via visiting (a week)
If your application is evaluated positively, the estate you think for a store is visited and evaluation is performed in place.

4. Step: Evaluation of potential franchisee (three days)
Following completion of necessary, an appointment is given to the potential franchisee by the Franchising department within three days and face to face meeting is done. The potential franchisee is informed in details about participation in the system at this meeting.

5. Step: Feasibility study (five days)
The feasibility of candidate estate is done by Franchising department in five days. Features, advantages and disadvantages of the region are determined. Estimated profit/loss table is drawn up.

6. Step: Sharing feasibility report (two days)
If the report drawn up as a result of feasibility done is positive, it is shared with potential franchisee within two days (Details of negative reports are not shared with the entrepreneur)

7. Step: Signing franchise contract (a week)
Necessary document list is given to the franchisee to draw up and sign franchising contract. Following Completion of documentation procedure, five -year franchising contract is signed.

8. Step: Initiation of architectural project (fifteen days)
Architectural team visit the estate within five days and survey is done and concept to be implemented is determined. Architectural project drawing is completed within fifteen days (Project drawing is performed only by Mado architectural team.

9. Step: Pricing of project (ten days)
The Project is priced separately as decoration and equipment within the days (all projects are priced by Mado architectural team as turn-key.)

10. Step: Initiation of architectural implementation (forty days)
Project implementation is initiated after turn -key pricing and payment terms are verified by the entrepreneur and orders are given within a week (a Project implementation is completed within forty days averagely.)
11. Step: Recruitment and Training
Employee list and qualities required for Mado store to be opened are determined by human resources department. Trainings of the manager including the whole team are completed at Mado training building and at pilot stores chosen for training under the supervision and follow -up of our training consultant (If it is deemed necessary, recruitment may be performed by human resources.)

12. Step: Preparation of advertisement and promotion materials
A week before opening, printed promotion materials such as brochure, magnet, promotion leaf, etc. are determined by Mado design team and delivered to the store as printed.

13. Step: Placing Product Orders
One day before the store is opened, the first orders are sent to the store prepared for the entrepreneur by the production.

14. Step: Opening
Opening preparation of our store is completed within ninety six days in average after we have received your application. The store checked by the operation team and being ready for the opening starts sales with support team.
