Three brothers from 4. generation in a big family; Mehmet Sait KANBUR, Atila KANBUR, Erdal KANBUR are the founders of MADO.

Mehmet Sait KANBUR
Mehmet Sait KANBUR Mehmet Sait Kanbur serving as the president of Yasar Patisserie, Yaşar Dondurma ve Gıda Maddeleri A.Ş. Works as “companies coordinator” and “president of the board”. Mehmet Sair graduated from Ice cream vocational high school in Italy is both owner and employee at each step of Mado from craftsmanship, product creation, brand development, from growing to extending to world.

Atila KANBUR
Atila KANBUR Atila Kanbur graduated from Ankara University faculty of architecture and engineering, civil engineering department served as the assistant manager of Kahramanmaras municipality development works. Atila Kanbur setting his heart on ice cream maker being the job of father started to work at the family company to emphasize the importance of quality and health in ice cream, to introduce the sector to the whole word by developing conscious production and consumption relations. Atila Kanbur serving as the member of the board and general director at Yaşar Dondurma ve Gıda Maddeleri A.Ş. works without resting to incorporate the experience of grown up with ice cream job in developing ice cream adventure.

Erdal KANBUR
Erdal KANBUR Erdal Kanbur graduated from Education Institute of Kahramanmaras uses the advantage of being educated for ice cream being the job of family. Erdal Kanbur working for growing and developing of each unit of Mado with trainings, is the sales coordinator and member of the board of Yaşar Dondurma ve Gıda Maddeleri A.S.

Messages from the management:

Each ice cream is not ice cream.
Vision being of limits prevents the road to the perfect.

In today market environment where there are thousands of company and competition, it is more difficult to protect brand leadership by differentiating product and services than past. We, as Mado achieved to create difference in our stores and service quality as well as product quality, and got the full mark from our customers. “quality award for store cafe” we won from our consumers with increasing numbers of stores is a nice indicator of our perception of successful service. This success is the reflection of perfect service perception, determination and team spirit.

We are very pleased at the point we reached in 2009 for reorganization and international harmonization works. As a result of serious and meticulous work about institutionalization and standardization, our brand covered a great distance.
We gained great favours in all areas from new strategies determined, establishing corporations with foreign partners, implementing projects aimed, new communication models. Of course this is not achieved alone.
Team spirit, love for his/her job, being loyal to brand value, supporting works sincerely are the basic reasons of our success. I believe that our success will increase more as we raise the bar for quality of service and product.

Economic frame today is growing increasingly and consumption habits of consumer are changing more and more each passing day. So the change process of the companies enters a difficult process. Directors prioritizing a wide vision and implementing this vision and prioritizing the expectations of consumers achieve the perfect one. The most important indicator of a perfect leadership is to implement a perfect vision. Vision is about something how many limits you break and overcome. The vision being of limits prevent the road to the perfect. It is not enough to be a leader in the order of new world, it is required to be leader achieving the perfect one and being a perfect leader. The road to the perfect is important too. A perfect manager must achieve the quality and implement these two values simultaneously and it can be remembered every time. We as a brand try to go from our road with a wide vision and targeting an advanced quality and holding success. We rise the success bar of our brand each passing day without ignoring superior effort of our team members. In addition to ISO 900—2000 quality management system certificate we obtained in previous years as an indicator of it, we have obtained ISO 22000 recently. We will proceed continuing at the same line and never compensating from our quality.
