Snow brought from Ahir mountain is stored in the first store of Yasar Dondurma established in 1963 using milling or rice bark for not to melt fast. Snow turned with lever machine is processed with patient and hand labor. Skillfulness of the master shows itself here. Things giving consistency and taste are the hands of master as well as materials used. Then finding snow becomes difficult and it is made with ice.
